100-Day Risk-Free Returns

You have 100 days from the delivery date to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To keep our return process smooth and consistent:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, and complete with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

  • For hygiene and safety, certain items—such as hazardous materials, gift cards, or products marked final sale—are not returnable.


How to Start a Return

Email support@radartags.com with your order number and (optional) a short explanation for the return.

Once reviewed:

  1. We’ll confirm approval and provide the correct return address.

  2. You’ll receive clear packing instructions.

  3. We’ll issue a return reference (RMA) to include inside your package.


Return Shipping

  • Customer-paid shipping: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  • Our error: If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Delays: Carrier or customs delays are outside our control and are not valid reasons for a return, though we’ll help track and resolve issues.


Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival.
If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@radartags.com right away.
We may request photos to speed up verification. A replacement or refund will be arranged promptly.


Exchanges

Want a different color or variant?

  • The fastest option is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.

  • If you prefer a traditional exchange, contact us at support@radartags.com. Once the return is approved and received, we’ll issue store credit so you can reorder the item you want.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Your bank or payment provider may need extra time to post the refund.

  • If it has been 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact your bank first, then email us at support@radartags.com.


Return Denial

We may refuse returns that:

  • Are sent without authorization,

  • Arrive outside the 100-day window, or

  • Do not meet the eligibility requirements above.

Returns sent to any address other than the one we provide will not be accepted.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders often ship quickly—sometimes within hours.

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact support@radartags.com immediately.
We can assist as long as the order hasn’t shipped.
