Order Processing

All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: High volume periods (such as product launches or holidays) may result in minor delays.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.00 (before tax).

For orders under $50, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery days stated above, please contact us at support@radartags.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Radar is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

However, we want to ensure you have a great experience. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at support@radartags.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns & Refunds
